Business Software Training
Productivity with today's popular software packages is not a given — there are timesaving tricks, tips, and techniques that our expert facilitators will teach your employees. Plus, our powerful Business Transference Learning (BTL) system teaches how to immediately apply new skills on the job. A basic Microsoft Office 6 hour training class is $700 for up to 10 students, plus the cost of curriculum. If you have your own training room, we can provide you with one of our expert training consultants.
Custom Software Training
We'll learn your proprietary software systems and design a custom training plan. Our delivery options include classroom solutions, small group sessions, or one-on-one coaching sessions with individual employees such as busy executives.
Clinical Applications (Healthcare)
Our consultants test and learn your clinical application, develop custom documentation and job aids plus, tailor custom learning solutions for each audience (Physicians, Fellows, Residents, Medical Students, Nurses, clinical and administrative staff) via instructor-led or online training solutions. Our staff has been trained in accordance to the HIPAA Privacy Regulations.
Needs and Process Analysis
We'll find out your users' needs, using an objective needs analysis approach. We'll also help identify performance gaps in your organization and recommend solutions to remedy them. All at no cost to you. See a sample page.

Our skilled instructional designers will write instructionally sound curriculum using our exclusive BTL approach, and provide job aids or self-study aids to help retain skills. On-the-Job Support
Our consultants are expert personal technology coaches. We can help your users on the job via floor support or help desk support, for the low price of $85 per hour. We'll also analyze support trends and suggest ways to deal with users' common challenges.
