Every participant works on his or her own "stuff" in class in an instructor-guided environment. Using a series of probing questions, the instructor guides each participant through his or her actual work. Emphasis is placed on the participant"figuring it out" with guidance and through logic - not by an instructor dictating a meaningless series of keystrokes.
